About Me

A Life Lived in Chapters

I didn’t grow up in a simple story.
Loss came early, long before I had the words for it. My biological father died when I was still small, and the man who stepped in and raised me — the one I called Dad — became the steady presence I leaned on until the day I lost him too. My childhood was a blend of families, grandparents, siblings, and shifting dynamics that taught me how to adapt before I ever learned how to ask for help.

I became a mother young, and my four boys grew up in a world that wasn’t always gentle with them. Each one walked a different road — some marked by struggle, some by strength, most by a mix of both. We’ve lived through things that don’t fit neatly into conversations: mental health battles, addiction, incarceration, reinvention, heartbreak, and healing. These aren’t small storms. They shape you. They teach you. They break you open in ways you don’t expect.

And yet… we’re still here.
Still growing.
Still learning how to love the parts of ourselves we once hid.

The Turning Point

Somewhere along the way — after the losses, the marriages, the rebuilding, the years of holding everyone else together — I realized something important:

My story wasn’t something to survive.
It was something to understand.
Something to honor.
Something to use.

I’m 56 now, stepping into the second part of my life with more clarity, softness, and strength than I’ve ever had. I’m not starting over. I’m starting from experience.

Why I Built This Space

Infinique by DK is more than a brand.
It’s a home for people who have lived through things — the cycle breakers, the outsiders, the ones who carried too much and kept going anyway.

I create for the ones who feel deeply.
For the ones who grew up reading rooms instead of books.
For the ones who are still learning to love their own story.

Through journals, guides, reflections, and creative work, I’m building a space where healing feels possible and presence feels safe. A place where your story matters — even the parts you’re still learning to love.

An Invitation

If something here resonates, stay close.
There’s more to come — more stories, more tools, more moments of clarity and connection.

You’re not alone in this.
Welcome to Infinique.
